It’s Only a Scam if You Believe It

I’m a really careful reader when it comes to buying something new…I don’t care whether it’s a new bike or a different brand of eggs, I review the facts before I purchase…

And I think that’s where people get in trouble, and yell, SCAM before they even know what the real dynamics are of what they’re going to purchase…using the scam word gets you out of really thinking about a product.

So when I heard about a supposed flex belt scam, I thought, hmmmm, maybe I’d better have a look at this because I’d been thinking about buying one of the exercise belts that are so popular right now…and I’ve been looking for the best one I can find.

Seems to me that whoever is accusing flex belt of being a scam is taking the easy way out…yelling scam, just like I was talking about, before fully understanding how this EMS (electronic muscle stimulation) works…if they really had a good look at it, I think they’d understand the real possibilities this kind of exercise just might have.

I’m reading some more about it, but so far, this looks like a very good choice for getting extra ab toning, which is exactly what I’m looking for.

Supplementing My Physical Therapy Assistant Salary

A few years ago I decided that my physical therapist assistant salary was not really enough for my needs so with the help of a doctor that liked the way I worked I was able to secure a second job for the weekend. And for the first few months I was very happy to see how my income had almost doubled and how I was able to buy more stuff that I liked and even start eating out more often. However it was long before I started to feel like something was missing although I could not say what. Still I kept that pace for another 2 years and my anxiety grew to the point where I started taking some medication for it. And the funny thing is I couldn’t tell what the problem had been until I lost one of the 2 jobs I had been working and I realized that even though I had more money now I was really able to enjoy it because of the stress of working so much for such a long period of time.

I Can Wear Bikinis!!!

TheKryptonian™ on Myspace I am inlove with Shaun T. I work out with his hip hop exercise DVD’s like ALL THE TIME. This is simply the most awesome workout ever created. I love it. It was my friend who told me all about it. This is so effective in getting rid of the loose butt skin. It made my behind firmer and toner. I feel a lot more confident whenever I wear bikini.

Shaun T is so brilliant because he came up with this. I just hope that there would be a part two. I mean—this is addictive. I just cannot imagine me being bored with this. I like all the moves as well as the featured music. With this, I get to lose weight really fast and without too much fuzz.

Get this and you won’t do crunches ever again. This is absolutely worth getting. Shaun T really rocked it. This is so good!!!

This is So Cheap

Hip Hop Abs is all the workout I need. This is so cheap—it’s hard to believe that it will produce the results it did but, WOW. I am really content with this. This workout is all I need and more. It made me get rid of the flab very quickly. It’s a simple workout but is a lot of fun. I like it and all my friends and room mates like it too. I find it a very enjoyable workout program that is perfect for daily fat busting sessions. This is not boring at all and you can cross train if you want. It gives special attention to the abs and for me, that’s a bonus because I used to have this flabby abs. It is a shame because I avoided wearing swim suits for a long time. Good thing, I was able to discover Hip Hop Abs. Thank you guys!

Something Different That We Never Experienced

Normally every year my family and I take time to go away for a family vacation. Unfortunately this year my son has made plans of his own. His friends and him have decided that they would like to go to chino hills boot camp. This took me by surprise because, he seems to be the one most interested in our family vacations. The only thing about it that I do not like is the fact that it is so expensive. Since my husband and I are on a very limited budget we cannot afford to send him to this camp along with having the money to spend for our family vacation. To help out with the cost he ended up getting a part time job so that he can buy all of the things that he needs while he is there along with the cost of the camp for the weeks that he will be there during the summer.

He was really against the idea and told me that I should just do other exercises rather than wasting time working on abs. Chin to Chest: Lie down on your bed with your knees bent, your feet flat on the bed, and your arms at your sides. Lift your chin to your chest four times. As you do so, make sure you are pushing your back to the bed and contracting your abdominal muscles.

Bottoms Up: Lie down with your knees bent, feet flat and your arms at your side. Squeeze your buttocks and lift your bottom up off the bed an inch or so, then roll back down. Repeat four times, at your own speed.

Flex and Point: Flex and point your toes as you lie in bed.

The Stroller: Take a slow, easy walk down the hallway before returning to bed.
